There are multiple ways to top up your BigPay account, but the best way by far is with a bank transfer (FPX)!
That's because it's instant and fee free!
Here's how:
1. On your BigPay app homepage, tap the "+" symbol next to your account balance
2. Enter an amount
3. Under "Top up sources", select your bank
4. Enter the payment details on your screen
