Let the admin share the easy steps to make a PTPTN loan repayment using BigPay on the myPTPTN application.
Step 1:
Log in using the Identity Card number on the myPTPTN application

Step 2:
Select on MY ACCOUNT and click LOAN

Step 3:
Click Loans
)
Step 4:
Click PAY

Step 5:
Enter the payment amount and then click on Payment Options and select the Credit/Debit Card method

Step 6:
Select Pay by Credit Card and click on VALIDATE & PAY

Step 7:
Enter your BigPay Card information and click Submit

That’s it! You’re also welcome to apply for a PTPTN refund through BigPay.
