BigPay to promote and market CGS International’s new stock trading platform in latest partnership

KUALA LUMPUR, 31 July 2024 – BigPay announces a strategic partnership with CGS International Securities to offer the market a beginner-friendly, accessible and affordable stock brokerage platform especially targeted at first time investors. The agreement welcomes BigPay on board as a marketing partner to bring the new platform to BigPay’s wide base across the region, as well as the broader Capital A ecosystem, making trading more accessible to the masses.

CGS International Securities will promote and market the trading platform via BigPay’s channels to their customer base, which comprises a predominantly younger audience while also leveraging AirAsia MOVE’s travel customers across the region. BigPay and AirAsia MOVE’s customer bases are just the right market for the platform, which will offer several features that make investing simple and affordable, as well as nurture a next generation of savvy long term investors who want to grow their wealth sustainably. This product will be available to Singapore-based users in 3Q2024, and will be expanded to the Malaysian market later.

This partnership between BigPay and CGS International Securities was formalised at a signing ceremony between Zubin Rada Krishnan, CEO of BigPay and Carol Fong, Group CEO of CGS International in Kuala Lumpur recently. It marked the beginning of a collaborative effort between both parties.
