BigPay system upgrade notice

KUALA LUMPUR, 2 August 2024 - BigPay would like to inform all its users that a system upgrade is scheduled to take place from 11:50AM, 7th August 2024 to 3:00AM, 8th August 2024 (GMT+8) as part of its continuous effort to level up security and user experience.

All BigPay users are advised to plan their transactions in advance, as all BigPay services including BigPay Visa card, BigPay app and the BigPay widget on AirAsia MOVE app will be temporarily unavailable during the planned system upgrade.

Upon completion of the system upgrade, users will be notified and prompted to update their personal identification number (PIN) for their BigPay Visa card in order to continue using the BigPay Visa card.
