Spending your ePemula credits with your BigPay physical card? Here's how!
Ready to start spending using your BigPay physical card for your ePemula credit? Here’s the A-Z to perform a transaction with a physical merchant:
Step 1: Perform a top-up to ensure that you have sufficient balance in your BigPay main account balance for the transaction payment deduction.
Step 2: Complete the transaction:
Tapping your BigPay card on the POS machine for Paywave payment OR
Insert your BigPay card into the POS machine for Pin-entry payment
Step 3: Once the transaction is recorded in “Pending” - you will be receiving an instant reimbursement of ePemula credit worth the transaction amount credited into your main wallet balance as the following:
