This is also part of our efforts to ensure every BigPay customer is secured with a government-recognised ID to protect your money!

Step 3: Top-up $20 (it’s not a fee - you can spend it later!)

You’re one final step from getting your card sent to you - just top up $20 to your BigPay account, whether it’s through your bank accounts, cards or other sources.

Your card is now officially on its way!

Congrats, your spanking new BigPay card is coming to your doorstep within 5-7 working days!

Now, all you need to do is activate it with your app, then make the first PIN transaction and you’re ready to take on the world!
