How can I apply for ePemula?

Step 1: Download the BigPay application from your Apple App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Register as a new user or for existing users, follow the instructions shown in the e-wallet app.

Step 3: For new users, complete the sign-up electronically via the Know-Your-Customer process (“eKYC”).

Step 4: It usually takes minutes to a maximum of 2 days for your account to be verified. Once it’s completed, go to your ‘Payments’ tab, and tap on the ‘ePemula’ tile.
