Here’s how it works:
Step 1 — Select International Transfer on your BigPay app
Step 2 — Enter the amount you’d like to transfer
Step 3 — Select the option with “Cash Pickup”
Step 4 — Enter the recipient’s details
Step 5 — Complete your transfer and share the details with the recipient! (Important — payout code, payout PIN)

Government Office and GOCC ID (e.g. Armed Forces of the Philipppines (AFP), Home Development Mutual Fund (MDFM)
Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.
For students who are not yet of voting age, a valid photo bearin school ID duly signed by the principal or head of school together with a Registration Form for the current semester/school year may be acceptable.
